REMEDIAL WORKS
MCB assesses and repairs existing faulty building works and defects as well as reversing environmental damage.
Waterproofing: MCB has specialist waterproofing contractors using the most up to date products and methods appropriate to the situation, for example balconies, basements, facades, lift shafts, etc.
MAINTENANCE
We work with Owner’s Corporations and Facilities Managers as well as private clients in assessing and solving building issues.
Rectification Works: MCB carries out all facets of building maintenance and repairs from roof repairs and underpinning and everything in between. We have access to all required trades and we work closely with clients to schedule works with their needs in mind and with respect to their building.
Maintenance Programs: MCB provides building maintenance programs for both commercial and residential buildings to current regulations.
Inspections & Reporting
We are able to diagnose and report on building issues and provide quotations for rectification of these issues. We work with independent consultants and our input is used in resolution of disputes and often in VCAT Hearings.

About Us
Trevor Stevens, owner and managing director is a Registered Building Practitioner. Trevor has spent all his life in the construction industry starting as an Apprentice Carpenter working his way up to Project Manager for large commercial builders, before starting his own business some 20 years ago. His experience includes working on and project managing multi-storey constructions, apartment complexes, heritage listed buildings, schools, churches and domestic housing.
As MCB offers a multi-trade service, our sub-contracting team is made up of carefully selected professionals who excel in their relevant areas of expertise.
